Yoga krne ke bahut se fayde hote hain. Kuch pramukh fayde nimnlikhit hain:

Sharirik Sthirta: Yoga krne se sharir ke sabhi ango ko sthirta milti hai. Isse sharir ki flexibility bhi badhti hai.

Tanav Mukti: Yoga krne se mansik aur sharirik tanav kam ho jata hai. Isse dimag shant aur sakaratmak rahta hai.


Blood Pressure Ka Control: Yoga krne se blood pressure ka control bhi hota hai. Isse dil ki bimariya nahi hoti hai.

Insomnia Ka Upchar: Yoga krne se neend ki samasya se nijat milti hai. Isse aapka sharir thakavat mukt aur tanav se bhi mukt ho jata hai.


Vajan Ghatane Me Sahayak: Yoga krne se vajan ghatane me bhi sahayata milti hai.

Rojmarra Ke Rogo Se Bachav: Yoga krne se kai rojmarra ke rog jaise ki madhumeh, gathiya, cancer, depression aadi se bachav milta hai.

Chot ya Dard: Agar aapne galat tarike se yoga kiya hai to aapko chot ya dard ho sakta hai.

Suraksha Ka Khayal Na Rakhna: Yoga karne se pahle, aapko apni suraksha ka khayal rakhna chahiye. Agar aapko kisi tarah ki samasya hai, to aapko pahle apne doctor se salah leni chahiye.



Samay Ki Kami: Yoga karne ke liye samay ki kami ke karan, log galat tarike se yoga karne lagte hain. Isse sharir par asar padta hai.

Shuruat Me Dukhti Haddiyan: Agar aapne abhi abhi yoga shuru kiya hai, to aapke sharir ke andar sukshma parivartan hone lagte hain. Isse shuruat me aapko dukhti haddiyan bhi ho sakti hai.

Manovaigyanik Samasya: Kuch log ko yoga karne se manovaigyanik samasya bhi ho sakti hai. Lekin aisa bahut kam hota hai.

Yoga karne se pahle, aapko ek yog guru ya yoga expert se salah leni chahiye. Isse aapko sahi tarika bataya jayega.
